OVERVIEW
The initiative, referred to as Everett Freeman Promise Neighborhood (“Corning Promise”), works alongside partner organizations to accomplish the long-term desired outcome
of transforming community – stronger individuals, families, and community – and creating “great schools”. This initiative is a collaborative undertaking by a cross-sector of organizations, from education, health, criminal justice, local government, non-profit, and other community-based organizations.
